In this satire, seven students at a prestigious law school crumble under academic pressures, battle it out for the top internships and struggle to get ahead in a nepotistic industry.
Privileged was filmed over 5 days at the end of 2020 by a team of emerging Australian creatives. In 2021 it won best comedy and best writing for an independent pilot at SeriesFest. Aaron Lucas was nominated for best director at Stareable Fest LA, where Privileged was awarded ‘best comedy’. It has been selected to play at LA Comedy Festival in August 2022.
